Describe what you observed Separate observations from assumptions. Give a specific time and area. Avoid accusations, speculation and other people’s personal details. Choose appropriate images For lost or found reports, use clear animal photographs. Avoid faces and vehicle registration plates. Incident evidence is submitted privately. Review before sending Check your email, time and location. Submitting an incident to Filaraki does not automatically notify authorities or emergency services. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate service directly.
