## The service Filaraki is an information and connection platform for adoption, lost/found animals, private incident reports and organizations. {{operator}} Contact us through the [contact form](/contact). To create an account or submit information, you must be at least 18 and accept these terms. ## Urgent situations We are not an emergency service, veterinary clinic, shelter or competent authority. Submitting a report does not mean someone has taken responsibility or will respond immediately. In immediate danger, contact the appropriate authorities or a veterinarian. Do not endanger yourself, others or the animal. ## Accounts and communication Provide accurate details, verify your email and protect your password and private management links. Do not use another person's account. Verification and status emails are operational messages for the requested service, not a marketing subscription. ## Reports and content Submit truthful information you are entitled to use. Lost/found reports require email verification and checks before publication. Incident reports remain private. Protect microchip details and distinguishing features by using private fields. Do not put phone numbers or home addresses in public descriptions. Fraud, threats, harassment, unlawful animal trading, false accusations, rights-infringing content and automated collection of personal details are prohibited. We may request clarification, restrict, correct or remove content and suspend accounts for violations. You can request review through Contact. ## Photos and rights You retain rights to your content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, technically adapt, display and process it as needed for your selected service and as described in the privacy policy. For private material, this does not authorize public publication. You confirm you hold the necessary rights and permissions. ## Adoption, organizations and reunions An adoption enquiry is a request for contact, not an adoption contract or reservation. The organization and applicant are responsible for checks and lawful adoption procedures. An approved profile means the platform's review process was completed; it is not government certification or a guarantee of every action by the organization. Check ownership safely before handing over an animal, preferably with a veterinarian's microchip check. Do not rely solely on a photo, message or suggested match. ## AI and guides AI answers, suggested descriptions, guides and matches are assistance tools. They may contain errors and are not veterinary, legal or other professional advice. Review content before acting. We do not guarantee recovery of an animal, approval, adoption or a correct match. ## Donations and events Organization links and IBANs lead to payment directly to the named recipient. The platform does not process card payments and does not guarantee use of funds, tax deductions or receipts. Verify the recipient and contact them about receipts or refunds. Filaraki's own support page separately identifies its recipient. Confirm event details with the organizer. ## Organizations and private contacts Representatives confirm they are authorized to act for their organization. They must keep profiles current and have a lawful basis for contacts and notes entered into their private workspace. Using enquiry details for unsolicited advertising is prohibited. ## Availability, law and changes We take reasonable measures for safe, reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. Greek law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Please contact us first about a dispute; your legal remedies remain available. Material changes are communicated appropriately. New acceptances record the published terms version.
